I’ve submitted a request form on your website, what do I do next?
Thanks for your interest! You will be contacted via e-mail within 3 business days to ask additional info and provide a price quote. An additional meeting date will be scheduled to learn more about your project needs. Once all the info is on hand, the project will be completed. Previews will be provided before printing and the opportunity for changes will be at that time.
If you are having a website built, you will be provided opportunities to view a preview and request changes as needed. Upon final approval and payment, the website will be made live for public viewing.

How much do I have to pay upfront? What are the billing and payment terms?
All services require 50% of estimated costs before work begins on a project. The remaining 50% can be divided into 2 equal payments for final costs assistance per agency approval. All fees must be paid before any items are provided to the client. Website costs must be paid in full before the website is made live.
There are NO REFUNDS after work on the project begins and/or 48 hours after the initial payment is received. Payment can be applied to future credit with the agency.
What types of payment do you accept?
The de Vine Design Agency accepts most major credit cards and PayPal. Checks can be used but will delay project work.
I don’t have a web address; can I buy that through de Vine Designs?
Yes, we can purchase your web address, also known as the domain name, if needed.
How long will it take for my website to be designed?
Great question with a not so easy answer… it depends on the client and how complex the website is. The timeframe can be anywhere from 2- 8 weeks.
Do I own the website after it is designed?
Yes, the log in information will be provided to you for updates and changes to website content. You are the owner. For agencies desiring further assistance, monthly website maintenance can be purchased for a business desiring de Vine updating website monthly with announcements/ pdf files etc.
How many pages can I have on a website?
There is no limit to webpages. There is an additional cost per page for more than 3 webpages.
Can you use print photographs on the website?
While it is possible to use print photographs, it is greatly preferred to use digital photographs (pictures taken with a digital camera or your cell phone). Photography can also be provided as needed. All graphic arts materials are created using computer technology.
I need an email address for my website (my name@mywebsite.com). Can de Vine Design provide that?
Yes, emails can be created, as many as needed. Emails can be created via Microsoft or Gmail.
